We build the scheduling tool we wished managers had

Why ScheduleSolve

Before we wrote any code, we studied how real teams plan shifts today: spreadsheets with a colour for each place, notes in cells, counts at the bottom of each day, and a manager who keeps the rules in their head.

Those spreadsheets work. But each new period starts from a copy, each sick call starts a round of texts, and nobody else can see why the weekends fall the way they do.

ScheduleSolve keeps what works, a grid of people and days in your own words, and takes away the building. You say what must be true. It drafts the schedule, shows you only the decisions and tells the right people.

It is for any team that works in shifts: cafés, shops, clinics, care homes, warehouses, call centres and hospital departments. We keep the price low so a team of 15 can use it as easily as a team of 150.
