Who counts as a person?
Each person on your schedule. People you remove stop counting. Sample people, which you can add to try things out, are free.
What happens after the 7-day trial?
Start a plan to keep going. If you do not, your account becomes read-only: you can still see your schedules, and you can always export timesheets, so people get paid. Changes wait until a plan starts.
Do I need a card to start?
No. The trial needs only your name and email.
How do I start a plan?
The owner opens Settings → Billing and picks monthly or yearly. The card goes on Stripe's secure page, never to us. Invoices show in Billing, and the owner can change the card, the address or cancel there too.
Is there a minimum?
Yes, $10 a month, which covers up to 20 people. Paid yearly, the minimum is $90 a year.
Which currency do I pay in?
Prices on this site show in your currency, from your location. Your billing address at checkout confirms it.
Is tax included?
Prices do not include tax. For businesses in Canada we add sales tax at checkout (GST/HST, and QST or PST where it applies), based on your billing address.
What if my team grows or shrinks?
You pay for the people on your schedule. When you add people, the next invoice includes them for the part of the month they were there.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes. Switch to yearly at any time; we credit what is left of the month. A yearly plan can switch to monthly when it renews.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time. Your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for.
Do you have a plan for more than 200 people?
