Sub-processors
Last updated October 14, 2026
Draft — to be reviewed by a lawyer before launch. This page is not final and may change before ScheduleSolve launches.
Furvur Inc. uses the following companies to provide ScheduleSolve. Each one processes customer data only to do the work listed, under a written agreement. We will update this page before we add a new sub-processor, and account owners can ask us to email them about changes.
| Company | What it does for ScheduleSolve | Where | Status |
|---|---|---|---|
| Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany) | Hosting: runs the application and stores its database | Finland (Helsinki data centre) | In use |
| Postmark (ActiveCampaign, LLC) | Sends email: sign-in codes, invites and schedule notices | United States | In use |
| Stripe | Takes payments, calculates sales tax and makes invoices | Canada and United States | In use when billing opens |
| Cloudflare, Inc. | Domain name service (DNS), content delivery and protection from attacks | Global network | In use |
| Anthropic, PBC | Understands rules and requests typed in plain words (AI features) | United States | In use when AI features are on |
| Twilio Inc. | Sends text messages (optional add-on) | United States | Not yet in use; when text messages launch |
What each one receives
- Email: the recipient's name and email address, and the message.
- Payments: the account owner's billing details. Card numbers go straight to Stripe.
- AI features: only the text needed to answer the request, under terms that do not allow it to be used for training.
- Text messages: the mobile number and the message. Messages never include sick reasons or other people's names.
