Terms of Service
Last updated October 14, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between Furvur Inc., a Canadian corporation ("Furvur", "we", "us"), and the business or organization that creates a ScheduleSolve account ("you", "the customer"). They cover your use of ScheduleSolve at schedulesolve.com and its staff app (together, "the Service"). The person who accepts these Terms confirms that they may accept them for the customer.
1. The Service
ScheduleSolve helps you plan staff schedules: it drafts schedules from your rules, tells your staff about their shifts, handles requests and open shifts, and makes timesheet summaries. Some features are marked "coming soon". We may add, change or remove features. If we remove a major feature you pay for, we will tell you first.
2. Your account and your users
- You must give us true information and keep it current.
- You decide who in your organization may use the Service and what access each person has. You are responsible for what your users do in your account.
- Keep access to your email accounts safe. Sign-in codes and links go to email.
- Tell us at once at [email protected] if you think someone used your account without permission.
3. Free trial
A new account gets a free trial of 7 days. No payment card is needed. At the end of the trial, the account becomes read-only until you start a paid plan. Read-only means you can still see your schedules and export your timesheets, but you cannot make changes.
4. Fees, billing and taxes
- Price. $0.50 per staff member per month, with a minimum of $10 per month. With yearly billing, prices are 25% lower. The optional text message add-on, when it is available, is $2 per staff member per month (25% lower with yearly billing) and has a monthly message limit for the whole account.
- Currency. The currency of your plan follows your billing address: Canadian dollars for an address in Canada, US dollars for any other address.
- Staff counted. We count the people on your schedule. Removed people and sample people are not counted. When the number goes up, we charge for the rest of the billing period. On a monthly plan, a lower number gives a credit; on a yearly plan, it applies at renewal.
- Taxes. Prices do not include taxes. We add Canadian sales taxes (GST/HST, QST or PST) where they apply, based on your billing address.
- Payment. Our payment provider, Stripe, charges your payment method at the start of each billing period. Fees are not refundable, except where these Terms or the law say otherwise.
- Late payment. If a payment fails, the Service keeps working for 14 days while you fix it. After that, the account becomes read-only until payment is made.
- Price changes. We will tell you at least 30 days before a price change. It applies from your next billing period after that notice.
5. Cancelling
You can cancel at any time. Your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for. After that, your account is read-only for 90 days so you can export what you need. Then we delete your data, except what the law requires us to keep, such as invoices.
We may end these Terms if you break them in a serious way and do not fix it within 14 days of our notice, or at once if the law requires it or your use puts others at risk.
6. Your data
- You own your data. This includes the names, contact details, schedules, rules and requests you or your staff put in the Service ("Customer Data").
- Our use. You allow us to store and process Customer Data only to provide, secure and support the Service, and as our Privacy Policy describes. We do not sell Customer Data.
- Your duties. You confirm that you may give us Customer Data, and that you have told your staff, and got their consent where the law requires it, about how their information is used. Do not put more personal information in the Service than you need for scheduling. In particular, do not record medical details in notes.
- Sub-processors. We use other companies to run the Service. They are listed on our Sub-processors page.
7. Acceptable use
You agree to follow our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend access that breaks it, and we will tell you why.
8. Your decisions stay yours
ScheduleSolve drafts schedules and suggests changes. You decide what to post and approve. Employment, labour and health and safety laws, collective agreements and your own policies differ by place and by workplace. You are responsible for making sure your schedules, rules, pay codes and timesheets follow them. Check each timesheet export against your payroll system before you rely on it.
9. Availability and support
We work to keep the Service available and to fix problems quickly, but we do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors. We may stop the Service for a short time for maintenance. Support is by email at [email protected].
10. Our property
We own the Service, its software and its design. These Terms do not give you any right to them, except the right to use the Service while your account is active. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without any duty to you.
11. Disclaimer
To the extent the law allows, the Service is provided "as is". We give no warranty that is not written in these Terms, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
12. Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows: (a) neither party is liable for indirect, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue or data; and (b) each party's total liability under these Terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. These limits do not apply to your duty to pay fees, or to a party's fraud or wilful misconduct.
13. Indemnity
You will defend us against claims by third parties, including your staff, that come from Customer Data or from your use of the Service against these Terms or the law, and pay the amounts a court awards or that you agree to in a settlement.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may change these Terms. We will tell account owners by email at least 30 days before a change that reduces your rights takes effect. If you do not agree, you may cancel before the change takes effect.
15. Law and courts
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of [province to confirm] and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. The courts of that province decide any dispute, unless the law where you are says otherwise.
16. General
These Terms, with the policies they link to, are the whole agreement between us about the Service. If a part of them cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. You may not transfer these Terms without our consent; we may transfer them to a company that takes over the Service. Neither party is responsible for delays caused by events outside its reasonable control.
