How to use a schedule template

Want it filled for you?
These templates are blank. The free schedule maker does the filling: type up to 40 people and your shifts, and it makes a schedule for 1 or 2 weeks. Then print it, download a CSV or save a link. No sign-up.
Need a fixed rotation?
If your crews repeat the same order of work days and days off, start from a pattern. The shift pattern library compares the common ones, each with a calendar.

Yes. You do not need an account or an email address to download or print them.
Can I change a template?
Yes. The file is yours. Add rows, rename columns or add your logo in your spreadsheet program.
Can the week start on Sunday?

Does the template add up the hours?
No. The Total hours and Days worked columns are empty, and you fill them in. The templates hold no formulas.
