Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated October 14, 2026

Draft — to be reviewed by a lawyer before launch. This page is not final and may change before ScheduleSolve launches.

This policy is part of the Terms of Service between Furvur Inc. and each customer of ScheduleSolve. It applies to everyone who uses the Service.

Do not use ScheduleSolve to:

  • break any law, including employment, labour, human rights and privacy laws;
  • schedule or treat people unfairly because of a ground the law protects, such as race, religion, sex, age or disability;
  • add personal information you have no right to use, or more than you need for scheduling, such as medical diagnoses, health card numbers or government ID numbers;
  • send invites or messages to people who did not agree to get them, or send advertising or spam;
  • pretend to be another person or business;
  • upload viruses or other harmful code.

Do not misuse the Service itself:

  • try to get into accounts or data that are not yours, or test our security without our written permission;
  • copy, scrape or reverse engineer the Service, except where the law allows it;
  • overload the Service, or get around limits such as the monthly text message limit;
  • resell the Service or share an account with another business without our written agreement.

Found a security problem?

Please tell us at [email protected] and give us time to fix it before you tell anyone else. We will not take action against people who report in good faith and follow this policy.

What we do if this policy is broken

We may remove content, limit or suspend access, or end the account, depending on how serious the problem is. Unless it is urgent or the law prevents it, we will tell the account owner first and give them a chance to fix it.
