Your team's data, kept small and kept apart
A schedule holds names, contact details and who is away. We collect as little as we can, keep each business separate and show you who changed what.
Sign in without passwords
People sign in with a 6-digit code or a link sent to their email. A code works once and stops working after 15 minutes. There are no passwords to reuse or leak.
Each business kept apart
Every record belongs to one organization. The app loads data only through the signed-in person's organization, and our tests check that one business can never open another's records.
Access by role
Choose who can manage schedules, who is staff and who can only view. A manager can be limited to their own teams, so they see only those people and schedules.
Little personal data
We need a name, and an email or mobile number to send the schedule. An employee ID is needed only for UKG or Workforce Central (Kronos) timesheet files. We do not ask for addresses, birth dates or ID numbers.
A history of every change
History shows who changed what, and when. For personal details it records that they changed, never the values.
Remove and anonymize
Remove a person from your team and their access stops at once; you can undo it for 7 days. Anonymize removes their name, email, mobile and employee ID for good.
Payments through Stripe
Card details go straight to Stripe, our payment provider. They never reach our servers.
Encrypted connections
Every page and every email link uses HTTPS.
Where your data is
ScheduleSolve and its database run in a Hetzner data centre in Helsinki, Finland (EU). Connections are encrypted, and the database is backed up every day: backups are encrypted and stored separately. Email goes through Postmark and payments through Stripe. Our list of sub-processors names each company that handles your data, and what for.
When you type a rule, a request or a question in your own words, that text is sent to Anthropic, our AI provider, to understand it. Only what is needed for the answer is sent. The AI only suggests: nothing changes until a person taps to confirm, and every feature also works without it.
Honest about where we are
ScheduleSolve is new. We do not hold formal security certifications yet. If your organization has a security questionnaire, send it to us and we will answer it.
