Ask and explain

You can ask ScheduleSolve things in plain words. It answers, explains, or opens the right step. It only suggests: nothing changes until a person taps to confirm, and every feature also works without AI.

Why?

Open a cell in the schedule and press Why?. You get a short reason: why this person works this shift, or why a shift is still open (for example, "Everyone who knows Bar is away or already working").

Questions in search

Type a question in the schedule's search, such as "Who is working Tuesday?" or "Who is off next week?". The grid shows the answer. Press Show in the grid to filter it.

The Home assistant

On Home, ask about the schedule or tap a starter, such as Someone can't come, Add a rule or Time off for someone. The assistant fills in the step for you to check.

For staff: Tell your manager

Staff can type what they need, such as "I can't work Friday evening". It becomes a request they check before it is sent. See The staff app.

Your data

The text you type is sent to our AI provider to understand it, and only what the answer needs. See Security and privacy.
