Your plan and billing

Only the owner of the organization manages the plan. Open Settings, then Billing.

The free trial

Every organization starts with a free trial of 7 days. You need no card. Billing shows how many days are left.

After the trial, the schedule is read-only until you start a plan. Timesheet export and Enter by hand always work, so people get paid.

Start a plan

1. Pick monthly or yearly (yearly is 25% less).
2. Enter your card and billing address on Stripe's secure page. Your card never reaches us.
3. You come back to Billing. Everything works again at once.

You pay for the people on your schedule: $0.50 each per month, $10 at least. Sales tax is added for businesses in Canada.

Change or cancel

• Switch to yearly: at once; the difference is charged now.
• Switch to monthly: it starts when your year ends.
• Manage billing: the card, the address, a tax ID, your invoices and cancelling, on Stripe's secure page.

Your invoices also show in Billing.

If a payment fails

Everything keeps working for 14 days, with a note for the owner. Update the card under Manage billing. After 14 days, the schedule is read-only until the payment goes through.
